Even playing 2 less games than last yr we still have teams going over!!! Most
below are overusage and fines will be forthcoming as it is not fair to those
teams that are in playoff hunt and do make sure their players are not overused.
In some cases at the cost of games needed to make the playoffs. I will ck the
rules but I think playoff teams lose use of those players that are overused.
Also we will be going to a lottery pick in 2011! Top 3 picks will be entered
for the 2012 draft. If this doesnt solve the problem of teams TANKING it to
grab the top draft picks then will make it more teams in 2012 season.

That is 10 teams exactly 50% of ALL teams with only 2 or 3 that are just used
up but under 1 IP or less overused. Several managers have been on me for
several years now to enforce the overage rules and now is that time. Either
draft picks or players (in case of the playoffs) and maybe both will be fined.
The picks/players will be decided based on how bad (if any) the overuseage
was/is.
