Thanks and Thanks I have not looked at new rules but I will someone time soon. While my life has been extremely hectic and weird - I could have made a better effort to keep up to date and as such do not wish to ask a favor to avoid any penalties. Follow the rules. Enforce the penalties. It is in the best interest of the league.
