Should we penalized---Yes by all means since we own the problem!!! Should managers be penalized for not sending Box Scores YES!! Are they NO!! Most leagues have a 2%-10% overage rule we do not! I propose that taking Draft picks is not the answer but some sort of penalty dropping you down in the draft is the correct answer? This would include dates for rule changes and votes, cuts, draft, each month for CMI's and Games played and more.....
