. I HAVE BEEN A PART OF THIS LEAGUE FOR MANY YEARS. . I HAVE SEEN GOOD AND BAD TIMES IN THE LEAGUE. . ROBERT WHITE, OUR COMMISSIONER, SOMETIMES DOES NOT COMMUNICATE AS WELL AS HE WOULD LIKE TO. .
