OK so this is possibly a strange one. For starters I am using a chromebook as
my main laptop. I have Debian Jessie + KXstudio in a chroot install using the
crouton script. Yes it works very well for mobile linux audio. Anyway the
thing is that the chromebook does not have a delete key on the keyboard, only a
backspace key and well non has keybindings that use the delete key not the
backspace key.

Now in chromeos there is no setting to change this. You can get delete key
like behavior by using alt+backspace, but does not get recognized as a special
combination in the chroot. I am not sure about a good way to intercede that.
I use openbox as my WM/DE. I have several custom keybindings in my rc.xml but
not sure if there is a syntax I can use there to create custom key behavior
like I am talking about.

Thought I might hit this list to see if someone knows a way I can either change
the backspace key behavior outside of non-seq that non-seq will see. Or if
there is anyway to get non-seq to see backspace as the key binding not delete.

I realize of course this is a unique scenario and that an external keyboard is
one immediate solution.
