Am I doing something wrong? > > Kind regards, Ruud > Hi Ruud, I have been doing some event editing adding CC4 pedal effects and it took me a long time to figure out how to control where the inserted event will appear. It seems that you can get close to the position you want by first "selecting" a note at or near the right position before entering the event editor. It makes it easier to scroll through the list to find the selected event. Now when I insert the control it usually appears between the note ON and note OFF events and it is almost easy to cut and paste a new timecode to position it exactly where I want. I haven't yet had the experience of finding the CC all the way back at time zero, but I look forward to it with dread :~) It is a bit of a pain when adding a lot of carefully positioned CC4s for a drum pedal, but it can be done with patience. -- Richard <[email protected]>
