Non isn't a public project. It's J. Liles' personal project. The source code has public read access, but that doesn't mean anyone who feels like it can add whatever they please to the project repo. That would require public write access, which for obvious reasons doesn't exist. If anyone wants to change it they have to copy the source code and modify their own copy. The GPL allows the modified version to be distributed, but common sense and courtesy would normally mean a different name is used. In this case calling the fork NSM is at best a serious PR blunder, and at worst could be seen as a deliberate provocation. John
