Kemudian ditambah 14 (14 itu simbol dari 7x2 (7 = bulan digelarnya Pilpres dan jika mungkin menjadi 2 putaran) 3. Kurangi 8 (8 adalah tanggal pelaksanaan Pilpres) 4.
