Qualification Required Male/Female, age 22-26 years old S1 from reputable university with academic achievement and/or organizational experience Good understanding of any kind of music Good communication skill Leadership skill and distinctive management competence Result-oriented and has a high standard of achievement Able to work in the field and keen to learn new things Initiative and able to work well with minimum supervision as well as a team player Excellent English and communication skill Computer and internet skill.
