Dear Sir,
The move by sparks group is appreciable and praiseworthy.
However
what I feel is that CURE can provide the important phone numbers and
E-mail Ids of concerned persons (whomsoever have the duty to curb
ragging), state wise. Also CURE can give spectacular advertisement in
leading dailies regarding the same (if monetary financial condition
allows.(I have emphasized this point in my earlier suggestions too)

Also it's much important to teach parent about the way of making
complaints in case of such eventualities. Because it's normal tendency
that concerned junior kid will tend to hide the happenings.

In addition to that I couldn't understand what is the exact role of
counseling for victims of ragging? Is that only to hear their
grievances and console them or to pave way for stern measures against
the ragging elements? I would be happy if I get explanation.

Regards,
J.Swami Dass
