Institute of Pharmacy . We had made request to you yesterday i.e. on
16th April 2008 and stated the reason for getting the migration and as
per university norms you had made me and my daughter to submit the
Affidavits in this regard which we have willfully submitted.
I request yourgoodselves with folded hands and by touching your feet
to please issue me the said certificate so that the processing for
getting the transfer can be done in time.

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I request with folded hands by touching your feet to favour my
daughter to get justice from PTU due to the following reasons:
1. My daughter Akankasha Madhok the student of B.Pharma Second
Semester in ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga has been suffering from
Bronchitis (Swelling in Lungs) and is chronic patient. So, she applied
for change of College to the nearest possible college from her home to
get care at home. During harvesting season she gets acute respiratory
problem. Due to this problem she had been hospitalized during the last
session at Moga as well.
2. NOC from leaving college ISF college of Pharmacy has been submitted
to PTU.
3. NOC from joining college Lovely Institute of Technology (Pharmacy)
submitted to PTU.
4. PTU officials say that the student will have to get admission in
the leaving college and then afterwards she will apply for migration.
The leaving college says it will not give admission in the next
session to the student. The joining college says Bring NOC from PTU
for getting Provisional admission in next session
5. Provisional admission of the student would be finalized only on
production of NO OBJCTION CERTIFICATE FROM PTU.
Kindly help the destitute father who beg for the life of his daughter
to get justice from your goodselves.

Kindly help the bronchitis patient ( My daughter Akankasha Madhok) to
get the NOC in her favour to get admission in LIT (Pharmacy). I am
indebted to Honourable Bauji Mr. Gautam. He had floated a trust viz.
Bharat Mata Vidyawati Charitable Trust, Nawanshahr in the memory of S.
Bhagat Singh's Mother. We had been in his contacts since a long time
who had done so many benevolent jobs for the upliftment of girls. I
hope you will be sympathetic to the BRONCHITIS PATIENT ( LUNG SWELLING
DIORDER A RESPIRATORY DISEASE,SINCE BIRTH) FOR WHICH SHE HAD BEEN
HOSPITALISED DURING HER COLLEGE SESSION IN MOGA AS WELL. AS THERE WAS
NO ONE TO TAKE CARE AT THAT PLACE THE RESULTS MAY BE AWFUL.
On My meeting with the Honourable Registrar Sh. Made a phone call to
the Director that you have received Affidavits from the Father and
Daughter to migrate to other college. But the affidavits that the
student will not claim for her seat is unlawful. So, you are requested
to do registration of the candidate. The Director was reluctant to do
but on our requests he said when the admission of new session will
start then I shall get the student's registration.
The university authorities say that the registration should be made
within 20 days from the date of last paper. Now the college is not
getting the student admitted.
I have filed the application under RTI Act. More than one month has
passed but there is no reply.
The future of my daughter is in dark please help.

Respected Sir,
As per the instructions of Honourable Registrar, Punjab Technical
University, Jalandhar, neither the college can demand or accept in the
form of Affidavit the application for issue of NOC to get admission in
another college of Punjab Technical University, the demand and
submission of affidavits to get NOC for migration to the other college
of University is the violation of University norms & rules framed by
Punjab Technical University. So, I and my daughter (Akankasha Madhok)
withdraw the affidavits filed on 16th April 2008 duly attested by
Notary Mr. Dharmpal Bansal Advocate.
As per Honourable Registrar's instructions you are requested to make
registration of Akankasha Madhok in your college for Third Semester
admission as per university norms.
