We can solve this problem. From cure website I got the guideliness of
Supreme Court on ragging issues. I am going to get all information relating to
the implementaion in colleges in our state of tamil nadu under Right to
Information Act 2005 with the Secretary Higher Education Dept and the Director
of Collegiate Education chennai soon. I will send all the informaiton to you as
soon as I receive them.
