They were arrested following a complaint by college authorities, they said. On a complaint by the father of one of the victims P. Sankar, Dean of the K A P Viswanathan Government Medical College, also the in-charge of the physiotherapy college, conducted an inquiry and found that the senior students, all hostelers, had harassed and beaten up the freshers yesterday.
