Dr.Probodh Borah is a Professor at the Department of Veterinary Science, Assam agricultural University, Guwahati. Mr. Borah received a fellowship by Biotechnology Overseas Associateship for NER Scientists and came and joined at Vaccine Research Institute of San Diego, California as a visiting researcher. The initial period was hard for him, he felt apart and homesick, the separation from his family was unbearable. But the loneliness and longing spurred him into creativity and he began putting his thoughts in writing.
