I'm thinking of compiling npp in debug mode one fine day to trace the problem

I've just gave PsPad a try, and the clipboard monitor is quite interesting,
and possibly a better idea than locking clipboard items. But of course if you're
itching to implement it yourself right now, I welcome that as well :-)
As for unicode, copying and pasting is working, but displaying it isn't

the advanced search without regex. Enter control+M Control+M in the find box,

Hi,
I come directly from UE to use this nice editor (UE doesn't recognize any 0
(zeros) as input characters and I don't know why *lol*)
I have some questions to features of the editor:
the first one is that I am missing a quick search-field (drop-down box) under
the menue-"line" of the editor. This Func I know from UE, Keil ?Vision, Kile
(latex) and many other editors and it's very useful.
The second is a problem...
I think it will be better to make two menue-entrys for commenting and
decommenting
code.
When you have (vhdl)
-- stop writing
--address <= "0000000";
address <= (others => '0');
--datain <= "000000000000";
datain <= (others => '0');
we <= '0';
wait until rising_edge(clock);
and you wand to comment the whole block out, you comment the code and de-comment
the commented code :-)
And it would be nice to create key-shortcuts (defineble) for thet, for example
strg-alt x/v (like strg-x/v).
The problem with editors is, that it's hard to find one that has all the
features
I want to have. Most editors have a few features I want, and many others I don't
need ;-)
Notepad++ seems to have most of the features I want to have, thats why I am
using it now :-)
What I miss is automatic code (or word) completion, but I already found that
it will slow down the editor too much (why? UE, Kile, eclipse, ... can do this).

Text FX feature Delete Blank Lines leaves the first line as it is, even if it
is blank. Perhaps this is just a mistake. I think it in fact should delete the
first line also, if it is completely blank (only CR/LF).

Hi there,
I'm a big fan of npp, but it doesn't seem to highlight comment lines in LaTeX
(%). There's no option in the 'Styler Configuration' under TeX for COMMENT LINE.
Is there a way to fix this?
