Not a critical bug, just letting you know...
Close tab always goes to the next higher tab in tab-bar order (or last tab if
closing highest), instead of following tab MRU behavior when "document switcher
MRU behavior" is checked.

I use NPP to edit ASP files and have often thought it would be nice to be able
to call up a list if "sections" in the file I am editing to go right there.
I have sections of the file commented with something like '*** Some Section,
would be nice to be able to tell NPP that a section identifier starts with '***
and the rest is the name. Then when I call up the list, it will show all lines
that look like that and I can click on one to go right there. This could be
helpful for any language, or any type of file really. I hope this is clearish.

How can I stretch out the status bar to show the data selected? If there is
a small file (not a lot of records), I notice that the selection section is
seen. However, if I open up a much larger file, then part of the display is
cut off.

similar topic i have posted before (title not interesting enough?)
http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?thread_id=1820179&forum_id=331753
together with the automatic dropdown list for auto complete it would be great
to have the api files (containing keywords for completion) in xml with
additional
info, so when the dropdown pops up, it would look something like this
http://doc.waterproof.fr/var/news/storage/images/media/images/codeinsightphpkeyw
ords/2639-1-eng-GB/codeinsightphpkeywords.png

All seems OK here. Thanks Don.
Hide Lines feature - wonderful!
Not sure why I'd use Global override feature.
Great work, well done!

Is it possible to assign a shortcut to Word Wrap? I've looked at the Shortcut
Mapper and don't see it listed with a shortcut, and can't see how to add a new
entry.

I agree, it's always very difficult to find the one I want! Perhaps the most
common (C, C++, Java, HTML, CSS, PHP) at the very top then the rest sorted in
alphabetical order?

I have defined a new language for Microchip PIC 16Fxx Assembely using the built
in editor. However I cannot find out how to format a hexadecimal number properly
for example 0x2F, the '0' and the '2' are coloured but the rest isn't. How can
I define a format that colours a word that starts with a number (0-9)?
Thanks

I think you could do that with functionlist plugin. Im not very familiar with
regular expressions, but functionslist will probably allow you to search for
'***' and a name after that and list them

Just thought I'd add my support for getting rid of the comic sans as default.
Fixed width for comments is much nicer IMO. It's a pain to change it and I think
you'll find the majority of users will change it. At the VERY LEAST, make it
easy to change in the interface (one simple global option in Global Styles).
Here's a quote about comic sans I heard a while back: "Comic Sans is the David
Brent of typography: a failed office jester, desperately trying to be your pal."
:)

try styling only one language with black background and white text, and see
what happens ;-)
