Thanx to your bug report, I finally can reproduce this crash issue and fix it!
This crash issue will be fixed in the next release.
Let me know if you want to get the fixed binary, at least I owe you that :)

I can not find anything particularly related to setting a keyboard shortcut
to refresh the current tab. I searched for both auto-refresh (not what I need)
and for F5 used for inserting the timestamp and running programs.

that, right-click on one tab and choose "go to another view". Then the compare
plugin works.

Is Notepad++ portable? I mean, can I just unzip it into an USB flash drive and
run it from there?
