Set a bookmark first by clicking in the left margin. Press F2 to go to the
next bookmark. Have a look in the Search menu.
You can also use Multi-view if you want to be able to look at two places in

Tried it recently on version 4.5 with a file length of exactly 255 chars (the
"official" max. file length for Windows), because I had to do some USB tests
wrt filename length.
When I opened a file with such long filename which was on a USB stick, it still
crashed.

What about your reflexion?
With reflexion I think that the best behavior is
* If nothing is commented in the selection => comment selection
* If there thing which are commented and things uncommented : add a level of
comment (so for example code will be comment be an other level of comment is
add before the comment inside the code)
* If everything is commented, the function uncomment the selection.
The interest is to use only one shortcut for comment and uncomment, and which
doesn't penalized people which insert some comments in there source code.
Moreover
I just discover that it is what is implemented in eclipse (with cpp plugin)

-replace stylers.xml and langs.xml from N++4.6 zip or installer
-in below dirs
-did you tried a new installation with completly deleting
-%appdata%\Notepad++ and %programfiles%\Notepad++ ?
-old used winxp os? virus?
-old computer?
-it?s time to buy an new pc! and make a lot of people happy
who would earn money, especially billy boy. :-)))

i think i even post some of this on another theard is just that i first install
it and work great but when i try to work with the highlight and tree menu it
just doesn't work it just type like a regular notepad . Any ideas?

A minor bug I know, but I use NPP on alot of my servers (Windows 2003 Servers)
and when I'm accessing them via Remote Desktop, issuing a Ctrl-Z (undo) command
often results in the program freezing momentarily, then quitting - which can
be quite annoying if you've just typed aload of code in...

I did, and I found that although it does the same job, it does it differently
and from outside Notepad++. I like the Notepad++ styling and this program does
it just a tad differently. Also, it requires yet another program which makes
Notepad++ editing less portable if I want to export it (I know WinHighlight
is portable as well, I jsut like the have everything confined to one package).
The application is actually what got me started on this anyway =].
My aim is that when ever it gets implemented, the plugin uses the contenxt menu
and allows me to copy text to RTF, or something like that, and paste in in a
word processor.
