Whoops! Let me correct that. The fourth parameter applies only to type 0 macro
steps, not to type 1 macro steps.

please try textpad or scite, maybe they work. because when opens big files,
textpad is much better than notepad++

yes... my notepad++ cant open my 85MB file.i tried textpad and moved smoothly
and fast. next i tried scite for openning the same file, it went better than
textpad. since notepad++ is my fav, i would be glad if it could open file as
big as the others text editors too.

...Can this N++ show the output of the compiled c or c++ or a java program ..If

You may find this post useful. When you disable UAC on gup.exe, your nightmare
is gone like mine.
However, in any case this gup.exe should be UAC free. That means the author
shouldn't have made it requiring elevation because so many updaters out there
do not require any elevation. Please modify gup.exe so as to free us from the
nightmare. It shouldn't be hard because for my own open source project the
updater
is free of elevation.

Thanks for this version, but there is a big problem, indeed if I use
npp_run notepad $(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)
it was working good before, but now it is not working while npp_run notepad
is ok
The pb is on XP SP2 and vista

I'm sistematically getting 2 popups when i open notepad++ in vista 64bit (my
system).
The first says: "The requested operation requires elevation"
The popup title says "CreateProcess"
The second says: "1002"
This popup title says "Exception"

The new release of XML Tools plugin (version 2.0, rev. 513) is
available.
Since this new release requires external librairies (libXML
dependances), I've provided an installer which copies required
DLL's automatically. A zip archive is also available for manual
installation.

- Add XML Tools plugin installer; this tool copies the plugin

Use ">" or ">>" to redirect the output to a file and open it in N++, or redirect
the output to a file N++ already has open. If N++ already has the file open,
then it should automatically offer to reload the file when it gets the focus
again.
