Hello,
I like Notepad++ a lot, but I'll swap in a few months to mac and Linux (yes,
both). And i would only find a Windows installer for NotePad++.
Is there an existing option for mac/linux, or are you maybe working for one?
i would be very interested, because Windows isn't really the OS of the
future, you know...

Indeed, great program - I am using it for 2 years already. But since 4.8 version
it doesn't write Ukrainian symbols correctly (for excample it shows "?" as
"/" and "?" like "$") - I've tried it on several computers. And as I have read
in this thread, the ANSI build causes this, but I ask myself: how could it work
correctly in ~4.2 version?

While editing with npp v4.8.1, I tried to join two lines in a windows format
text file. But no response after typing "ctrl+J".
So, any thing strange in my laptop? Or this "join lines" function is not
available
in npp?

Notepad++ doesn't seem to have this option or am i wrong. I would like it where
you just select always on top and it stays like that permently. Instead I have
to keep selecting over and over again everytime i open a file.

Hi,
in 3.9 I could define two shortcuts for "find" (F7 and Ctrl-F), that worked
simultaneously.
Can't find a way to do this in 4.x.

In Favorites, I create a group under [Files] and then create a subgroup under
my group. When I add a favorite to my subgroup, notepad++ hangs. When I restart,
all favorites have disappeared. This happends on each and every attempt.
Any help appreciated. Thanks :)

I have fixed the problem (typing Turkish characters) by copying "SciLexer.dll"
from 4.7.5 to new one (4.8.1 installation).
Now I can type Turkish characters again. Oleyyyy!
