I do my best to keep english.xml update.
The site you mentioned looks very nice, but it demands a lot of effort
to maintain.

After selecting one or more rows and delete it, the cursor jumps two rows up.
That's very annoying. This occurs in v4.9 and 4.9.1, not in a previous one.

the initial post was not targeted at the n++ devs only, I was hoping to perhaps
raise some ideas and maybe a discussion (even for people who wouldn't think
about searching a forum for old requests, or looking for this same
functionality)
- then the devs would perhaps find this a more qualified request...

I recently started translating Notepad++. I inherited an old language file,
which wasn't up to date and contained some misunderstandings. I am missing a
few strings with item id to get the translation up to date: In Find I need the
strings: Search mode. Normal. Extended.

There is an error when recording and playback:in macro in case copy-paste is
used.
Eg.
<start recording macro>
12345<shift-home><ctrl+c><end><ctrl+v><enter>
<stop recording macro>
Now try playback, the result is quite different what is expected.

actually i checked off the run as admin and for some reason it doesn't need
to run as admin anymore!
i can run it without running as admin. may be a fix with the new 4.*

Hmm, I compiled N++ debug version from sources (with Visual Studio 2005
Express),
and it worked there. Wierd... Maybe there is some buffer clearing error?
