Hi notepad++ folks,
I'm just writing to say that I've just finished a program
( http://framework.lojcomm.com.br/tmTheme2nppStyler/ ) that convert tmTheme
files into stylers.xml. I've made some tests with my favorite textmate themes
and left them available http://zend.lojcomm.com.br/goodies/. I hope you all
like it.
Best Regards,
Fabio Zendhi Nagao ( nagaozen )

Seems like it's related to HTML and PHP, but don't know which option exactly.
Seems like I have tried all of them, but without success.

Watch your shortcut mapper in the settings. There you have all scintilla
commands.
If the paste command has the right shortcut, watch for an ohter that uses the
same.

I'm trying to use "function parameter hint" with ver. 5.0.1 but it doesn't work
eve with plain PHP files.
Normal call tip for function completition works fine.
I'm using unzipped version with standard plugins.

You can remove the highlighting at Settings/Preferences/MISC/'Tags match
highlighting'. I haven't found out where to change the style of highlighting.
A tad too dark for my liking.

As I use in a CMS / DMS environment with PHP code sections without the usual
starting <?php and ending ?> tags, the syntax highlighting is not shown at all.
When I type the tags at the beginning / end, the highlighting shows up.
Anyone with the same problem ?

Hi Don!
I've got a problem with the new 5.0.1 version: I was just programming some PHP
code, setting the cursor into a word and when I started typing, Notepad++
crashed
with the typical Windows "attention" sound. I tried to re-open it again (my
session was still loaded, everything fine), but when I tried to set the cursor
and hit a key, it crashed again. I waited a few minutes (just as long as it
took me typing this bug report) and now it works again, doesn't crash anymore.
I think it has to do with auto-completion, but it only appears when setting
the cursor into one special word, it's the word "home_boxes" in the following
line:
echo "<div class=\"home_boxes\">";
I just installed v5.0.1, Notepad++ never crashed before...
Greetings from Germany
Dominik

Version 5.0
When you view 2 VHDL files, in separate views ("go to other view") and want
to compare each other (press Alt+d) with compare plugin, you get the begin part
of both vhdl files without syntax highlights.
When you scroll down (great for automatic sync scrolling :-) ), you'll retrieve
the highlight feature for the rest of those files.
To get the file entirely syntax-highlighted again, you have to reopen those
files !
Excuse my English, I'm French.
