find TAGS ATTRIBUTE and set the background color to match the editor's normal

I have the same problem in 5.0.3. The fix:
Settings --> Preferences --> MISC --> Uncheck "Highlight Matching Tags" options
(bottom right side)
I have not seen 5.1, so YMMV

However, like the other guy who has already asked this a few posts above..
what about the function list plugin?
I develop php with notepad++ and i really can't do without it.
Can we hope to see it ported to unicode?

To correct the problem with Hydravision, you can just exclude notepad++ from
the application processing. This way you can continue to use Hydravision with
other apps.
Open Hydravision properties.
Open Individual Application Settings
Select "exclusions"
Add c:\program files\notepad++\notepad++.exe
You will not be able to switch Notepad from Monitor1 to Monitor2 using the "move
to monitor x" option, and full screen will span both monitors.

I think I found another bug in Explorer 1.8.0:
In the Favourites I added a Group to the [Folders] section but when it wrote
the Favorites.dat file the "#GROUP" section ended with "#EN" - instead
of "#END<newline>".
This causes an error when next starting Notepad++ and the saved Favourites are
lost.

I did everything you told me.. but it is not compatible with new npp.
--this ansi plugin is not compatible with your Unicode N++. This Plugin is not
compatible with current version of N++. Do you want to remove ...--
I am bad c++ developer.
Very useful plugin for me...
may be someone adapt quicktext plugin with new npp?
