Unicode has killed my plugins. I can't have this. It ruins my workflow. I depend
on my plugins and many of the plugins are incompatible with the unicode version.
I know there
is a ansi zip version but it ignores the appdata configuration.
Can you please create a ansi installer version of N++ until the plugins have
caught up. I can't upgrade my N++ until then!

By deleting the file doLocalConf.xml in the N++ main folder, you can make N++
use the appdata path for storing its config data.

as the title ask...
I try to compile 5.1.1 srouce code with BCB6, and do some change on code cause
MS's function Runtime library funcion name somehow can not be recognised under
BCB. And define a macro SRICT when i make the whole project.
When i deal with resource files(.rc) I find MS style can not be supported by
brcc32.exe(borland resource compiler). So i use a MS RC package (ver 6.1) to
compile all rc files to res. And added them into the project.
wait for a long time and run npp but get a error:666
why? I think maybe the res file can not do right function after link cause MS's
res can not used in BCB?
i don't know how to handle it
can someone have a idea when compile npp by BCB?
