I think its not meant as an internal message, it probably was just left out.
Maybe at some point this'll get changed, its not nice if the message isnt the
same as described in the docs.

It's not a plugin but you might look at writing an AutoHotKey script. It can
perform auto-replace for keywords. It can also be limited down to have your
hot keys only work on notepad++. It's easy to setup the script, and works
really
well. http://autohotkey.com I love it and use it with notepad++, among other
programs, all the time. Since it is independent of notepad++ it won't break
with new version either.

These features usually are docked by default. If they have been undocked then
drag them to the side you want them docked on and they should dock. Does this
not work? If not have you made a fresh install of the latest version? Does
it still not work?

It seems to me to be a very SIMPLE function
in text based editors to allow Bold/Normal text.
Did I miss something?

I'm not sure where to log bugs, so I am reporting this here:
Repro:
1) Open a file with some text
2) Clone to another view
3) Drag text from view 2 to view 1
Result: the text is copied
Expected: The text should be moved, just like in the single view mode.

Hi!
I'm using N++ since a very short time only but until now I'm very pleased with
it.
I started working on SPHysics, a program for simulation of water waves which
is written in Fortran.
Now I discovered the following problems with various source files. You can see
a screenshot here:
http://www.amconception.de/files/npp-problem.jpg
The Syntax highlighting isn't working properly. Since the program isn't able
to detect the code properly also code blocks (program, if, while, etc.) aren't
handled correctly.
I don't have the very newest version since I had problems with plugins, so my
version is 5.0.3.
If updating already fixes the problem please let me know.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Arno

I would look at running an Autohot key script. That is the easiest for me.
It's not Notepad++ but it works wonderfully and can be limited to work only
while your in notepad++.
There used to be a plugin with notepad++ that provided this functionality but
I couldn't find it, and haven't seen it for a while. If I remember it caused
notepad++ to crash.

I'm new to Notepad ++
I have a rather large text. On several places in that file there are parts
between
() as comment.
I want to remove everything between these (to be removed) .
Can I write a macro to perform this?
Thanks in advance
