If you replace 'in all opended files' NPP doesn't enable the both save buttons
(if they where disabled before :-),
when the curently opened file doesn't get any replacements, but other files
does.
Tested with 5.1.2 ANSI and 5.1.4 ANSI
Bug already entered.

In the new .chm help file (nice addition, many thanks), inks to
http://notepad-plus.wiki.sourceforge.net/
or to any page therein work just fine in IE6. However, they hang the viewer,
which displays an hourglass mouse pointer. Windows says program doesn't respond
when using the system menu to close it in this case.
Other external links, like to https://sourceforge.net, just work right.
If the help file is viewed by double clicking it, rather than using the ? menu
in N++, then I get prompted that I'm going to use a secure connection. On
accepting,
viewer hangs as described above.
CChris

If I understand what you're saying it's that this is a bug from Windows and
not a bug from Notepad++ or that given that it's beta software no one from
either
Microsoft or Notepad++ will support?
Otherwise I thought it was maybe a change in the way Notepad++ interacts with
Windows. If this is the case, when W7 comes out, Notepad++ will have the same
bug.
Finally if you're trying it too, are you having the same problem? :)
Thanks

I can't use Vietnamese Keyboard softwares to type Vietnamese on Notepad++ run
on Windows 7.
It's only work when I change compability mode to Windows Vista.
Example:
I want to type this word: 'l?i'
But Notepad++ show: 'l?i'

I see. I've changed the links in the help file to open a new browser window
(in IE that is) which seems to resolve the issue (there not much point in
opening
that page inside htmlhelp anyway). If I get Don to include it in the next
release,
it'll be :)

Use of the FIND ALL is very nice, but is there a way of saving or printing the
results displayed in the Find Results window? I'm using version 4.9.2 because
that seems to be the latest version that supports the Function List plugin which
I have to have.
Thanks!
Gerry

Hi Frank.
You are correct! I did not realize it was a TextFX feature.
I was able to map a shortcut key for this.
Thanks for the tip!

Currently, you can only select all, copy and paste in a new document and print
(no colors though)

His plugin doesn't prevent text from getting lost either. If I learn (and
remember,
every single time or else!!) to always press Ctrl+S after I press Ctrl+N (ie.
create a new file and name it before typing into it), is there a plugin that
will let me set the interval between autosave?

(ps. The forum (of sorts) seems to have incurred a lower character limit to
the topics? It told me the topic was too long, and reloaded the page, kindly
deleting the text in this textarea.
Luckily I had the proper mode set in Opera, so I could go back in my browser
and not have to type it again.)
