Hello,
It would be great if n++ were able to open file by specifying slash ('/')
instead
of backslash ('\') in their path as devenv 2005 does. (in interactive mode :
File/Open, and in command line mode). I use gnu tools like which that returns
*nix like path.
Thanks

It doesn't work because the hotstring ':*b0:>>::' is acting as a hotkey and
when you type '>>' instead of typing the hotstring it executes the code under
itself
No it doesn't. It throws an error. I would like the code under to be executed...
What should I change to make it work ?
prozaker, thank you for you code, but I don't succeed to make it work. I've
created a .css file, opened it in npp and typed "{" or "bd" but nothing
happened.

Sorry I thought it was possible to fix the tabs rows in a preceding version
of npp, but apparently not. However it would be a really cool feature. I use
to work with ultra edit too and it's really easier to find a tab when it doesn't
move when you click on an other row...
I Hope this feature will be implemented soon.

Why does the deleted text re-appear everytime I save and reopen?
I already tried 'delelete invisable selection'

My issue I think is broader.
My problem is that if I try to open up a file which *does* have plenty of non
ANSI chars, specifically HAN chars (chinese/japanese/korean), it just displays
squares for those chars. Now I have a foreign language pack installed, and I
am running English version of Windows XP SP2.
In Firefox, the Han characters display just fine, though of course which char
set is specified in the html. But it works OK in Excel as well.
But chars do not display in npp when I open a file or even try and copy and
paste a foreign character into npp.
I could be missing something here .....? or is this a bug?

I tried this in version 4.6 (it's stable enough that I use this on my dev box)
and I cannot reproduce this. So looks like it is a newer issue.

Success.
When I checked Menu, View, Show all characters, I noticed there was a trailing
space behind the last word on all lines. I removed all trailing spaces and then
your instructions worked!
Lesson learned, always view all characters first.
Thank you.
