1. it shows the tips but if you close the brackets, there is no going back to
see the tips once again. Can it be something like this as screen shot?

hi i'v just downloaded xmltools_2.3.1_r685_unicode_alpha3.zip
but it seems not to be working.
i'm in winxp.
when i launch n++ i can see the xml tools entry in plugins menu but when i
expand
XML tools entry i just see How to use, suggesting that i haven't got xml lib
dll, but when i download the linked one and restart n++ the program says it
cannot load ansi libraries.
could you provide me a link with the correct ones?
