You apparently cannot use tabs or multiple spaces...
Lets try this again...
This is how Notepad++ functions for me...
---
body {
[tab]background:url('image.jpg') #fff top left no-repeat;
[tab]font-family:Verdana,Tahoma,Sans-Serif;
[tab]color:#000;
[tab]}
---
This is how I want it to be...
---
body {
[tab]background:url('image.jpg') #fff top left no-repeat;
[tab]font-family:Verdana,Tahoma,Sans-Serif;
[tab]color:#000;
}
---
I'm failing miserably and getting my request across... I'm sorry if I've
confused
you.

I really wish there was an edit ability on these posts...
Also, on the same note, I was wondering how to get Notepad++ to auto tab after
opening bracket on the new line, as such...
body {
[autotab]content
[autoDEtab?]}
If that makes sense, lol.

It is particularly the "find all" without popping up any dialog boxes which
[ctrl]+[m] does in 5.3 and is so useful.
This "find all" not only marks the blocks matching the selected block, but is
also able to book mark the lines at the same time, based on the setting
of "find".
I would prefer [ctrl]+[m] to keep the existing action to reduce keystrokes.
The multiple styles are of course available with a right mouse click, perhaps
the current one in use could be selected here with a toggled tick mark.

I am on Windows 7 and running the patched version (unicode) that has the fix
for the find box, but saw this same error earlier. After editing a bit I get
a message box popping up titled:
SetWindowsHookEx(MOUSE) failed
the text of the box says getLastError 1428
After this any typing places strange characters in the text.

Thanks. I did not know this!
But then I always turn off the language bar whenever I encounter it.
Cheers

The binary install with the /S works for a silent install for new installs,
but doesn;t seem to work for upgrades. Is there a way to upgrade 5.3.1 for
existing
users where the install does not hang waiting for input? Second, is there a
way to disable the auto updater via the command line or other method?
Thanks,
-Rob

I can reproduce this as well. The contents of the windows are removed but
instead
of being closed it is made mostly transparent, same with the replace window.
If there is a fix to this that needs testing I am happy to do so.
Regards
HW

I am trying out 5.3.1 and I am running into a strange problem.
In c/c++, the string is always displayed using a proportional font, no matter
what I do. I tried overriding using global font, and explicitly set c string
font, nothing works.
Setting the c string to bold does take effect, so I know I am adjusting the
right setting. For some reason the font doesn't take effect.
I found a similar issue being reported in the past, has it been fixed?

I have 32bit XP with SP3 (English). The only thing I can think of that might
be relevant is my system's "Language for non-Unicode programs" setting in
"control
panel"-> "regional and language option" is not English.
I'll upload some screen shot soon..

Ok!
How can I setup ANSI version?
As I see: when I put SimpleScript.dll to Plugin folder, on run NP++ displays
message about non-Unicode version and NP++ delete SimpleScript.dll from folder.
