3.4 includes the update to Scintilla 1.77. Don stated that the plan is for
3.5 to be Scintilla 1.78.
Was there a specific feature of 1.78 you are interested in?

The enhancements that I would like to see are:
* Alphabetic sort on columns. Sort on Name. Sort on Shortcut.
* If the natural order (the one used at present) is important then an extra
button to 'Sort on Natural Order'.
* Select All
* Copy
OR
* Copy All
OR Copy Selection.
(AA, CChris's email server via SF address is extremely flakey. I will send him

I uninstalled my old version, and totally deleted all files from my programs
directory
I then installed the latest version of Notepad++
I open the FTP plugin, and all of the buttons are blank, except the one that
opens the status window!
I have been looking for a PHP Remote Development Environment to replace
Dreamweaver
all day now. Nothing seems to work like I need it too. Most want you to host
the website locally and then upload the site when your done. I have a Remote
Dev Server, and I just want to FTP into it. I would like basic PHP IDE
features.
Yet NOTHING works.
PHPEclipse seems to be a bust. You can upload single FTP files, but its a real
PITA... there is no FTP menu that you can keep open and run.
Komodo Seems to be the same. No FTP support!
If Only I could find a version control software that kept versions locally but
created a FTP folder like Tortoise does.
Its gotten to the point where I think im FORCED to install a WAMP server.
Does ANYONE know why MY Notepad++ doesnt support FTP? Im on Vista 32!

The external lexer route.
You can try looking at LexHTML.cxx in the Scintilla source that ships wih NP++,
add that support and recompile the whole beast. You'll get a non standard
SciLexer.dll. It is up to you to see how that "non standard" hurts.

I saw this just after the fix was committed; isn't that the way it goes? :)
Anyhow, a friend has donated a laptop to the cause so that Win7 RC can be
installed
and some tracing can be done.
