Hi!
As everyone know that notepad++ has a lot of features and a bucket full of
options
in almost all menus. Many times changing settings requires checks and unchecks
of menu items. For example the plugins menu has many many options, and we may
need to set many of them in one go. But it can not be done with these menus,
where every click on an item closes the menu.
I wish every option include a check box on its left side (as gmail check boxes,
unfortunately i dont remember the name of the software that has such checkboxes
inside menus), so that we can set more options in one go and then close the
menu.
I hope you got my point.

Hi,
This question is more a ctags problem than an openCtags plugin one, but I am
counting on the kindness of notepad++ community ;)
If I understand well, the tags file for using with openCtags must be generated
in any directory parent of the source file l (ex :
C:\work\super_project\V2.0\main.c, the tag file must be in C;\ or super_project
or V2.0). So I want that file to be generated in C:\, in order to don't pollute
my working or CVN directory. In a DOS prompt I type
ctags main.c -f C:\
but I get the message
ctags: Warning: -f option specified more than once, last value used
and the tags file is in the current directory... Am I missing something ? thanks

there used to be a plugin for notepad++ called windows manager. this plugin
showed a list of all the documents you had open and allowed you to switch
between
the documents by clicking on the list. but i no longer see this plugin offered
for download. what happened to it?

I always had XMLtools working in Notepad, but for some reason in the latest
version its just not working. I have the latest notepad 5.4.3 (unicode).
When i put the XMLtools 2.3.1 r697 and ext_libs in the plugins folder i start
getting unicode compatibility errors.
Please help as I desperately need this functionality at the moment.
I am on windows 7, if that matters.

I remember that in some of the previous version of Notepad++, the Horizontal
scrollbar will dynamically resize when not in wrap mode.
But in the current version, the Horizontal scrollbar will not resize again once
it reached the longest line of the document. Its very annoyance that if most
lines of the document fit into the view and only few characters are out of
view, but few lines are very long, after the Horizontal scrollbar reached the
longest line, and you go to the area thats only get few characters are out of
view , you may need to scroll that small Horzontal scrollbar looking for where
is the end of that area.
Why use this kind of behaviour? Or, can the real Dynamic Horzontal scrollbar
be an option, so that I can enable it?

I'm not sure if its possible, but I have thousands of lines, when I search for
something specific, it returns what I need but it has "Line 142193" next to
it? How do I get rid of that?
ex:
Line XXXXXXX TEXTHERE
Line XXX TEXTHERE
Line XXXXXX TEXTHERE
Line XXXXX TEXTHERE
I can't go through and delete "line xxxxx" manually, that would take months.
what can I do? if I cant do it with notepad++ how can I do it?!

I think that compare plugin should be included in installer as default. Now
it isn't - v5.4.3.
