Thanks for such a great plugin.
one nice feature i'm missing:
If you look at WinMerge, whenever a change is detected - one line (lets say
line 45) that exists in file a and not in file b, will be an empty virtual line
in file b.
this plugin - just marks the text in file b and does not detect it as a new
addition in file b.

Just tried 5.4.4, but still don't work.
It does show on the Macro menu, I also clicked on it, but nothing happen and
nothing change.

Hello All!
I run ANSI version and I can't run HTMLTIDY. Before it was work but now I cant
run any entry from Tidy menu except first one ("Tidy (most recent from
HTMLTIDY.CFG)")
Any one knows how to fix it?

I would really like to have multi-line Find and Replace text boxes plus make
the dialog (and thus the text boxes) resizeable. This is of great benefit when
doing complex search/replace especially when using regular expressions. I
suggested this for EmEditor a while ago and they did a great implementation.
This is the single feature that has me leaning towards returning to it.

This is more of a feature request than a bug. I sometimes open a file on a
network and keep it open even when the network is not available (the server
goes into energy-saving standby until woken again). Notepad++ evidently detects
this as it asks whether to reload the file, or offers to save the current file
when the network becomes available. This is not a serious problem, but I have
to remember whether the saved and current versions are the same and, if not,
which is correct.
It would be useful for Notepad++ to check (e.g., via CRC) whether a file being
loaded or saved when the stored file and the file in the buffer have the same
name and contents; if the same, consider that the stored file is being edited
without asking questions.

Try to enable "align matches" in Plugins->Compare-> Align matches.
This should add an empty line in file b.

Hi,
That's true, for the moment you can navigate using the side bar. I will try
to add this feature in the next releases of Compare.
I've released a new Compare with the side bar knowing that some feature are
missing but I would like to have feedback and feature request and let user try
that new feature.
I've also released the 1.5.4 version so that user with ANSI can use Compare.
I will have a look at Hex Workshop to see if I can do something equivalent.

1. In fact, menu item for the side bar doesn't do anything. I will see how I
can let user choose to use the side bar or not.
2. It seem that all plugins shortcut are not working anymore. I will check this
with N++ dev team.

However currently Notepad++ does not recognize ftp:// links. Could you please
add support for these in the next update as well, please? Also it would be great
if Notepad++ could recognize URLs starting just with a "www." (i.e. without
a leading http://) as working links, too.
