Scroll up this page till you see the lower menu bar, the one with "Forums".
It also has a "Trackers" entry. Hovering on it spawns a black menu the first
item of which is "Bugs". I'd try that.

Hi,
I just downloaded Notepad++ and I am still learning how to use it. The problem
that I encountered is with the console window. I have two keyboard languages
installed - Cyrillic and Swedish. I use Swedish when I want to write in English
also. The problem is that every time when I go to a new line in the console
window the language is switched from Swedish to Cyrillic. Does someone have
an idea about what is going on?

$(CURRENT_DIRECTORY)" under the menu "Plugins->NppExec"

program NppToR which enables passing code from Notepad++ into an R console,
and enables syntax Highlighting for the R language as a user defined language.
