The conference will include Keynote presentation, Tutorial presentations and technical paper presentations. The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings to be distributed during the conference. For further information, including the topics and updates, please visit the ACIS web site at http://acis.lsfk.org Submission of Papers We solicit research and experience papers as well as research-in- progress and practitioners reports in all areas of computer science, software engineering, information technology, e-business and applications. Submissions, refereeing, and all correspondence will be conducted by e-mail. Please include a cover page (1st page) containing paper title, authors (indicate primary contact person), address, affiliation, e-mail address, phone number, fax number, topic area of your paper. The 2nd page starts off with paper title, abstract, keywords (5-7), and text. The program committee will review each submission and judge it with respect to its originality, significance, and relevance. Send your full paper (not to exceed 15 double-spaced pages) or an extended abstract (3-4 pages) via e-mail as an attachment document (not part of your e-mail) either in Word, postscript, or pdf format to the appropriate conference coordinator on or before January 15, 2002. Prof. Narayan Debnath will be the Guest Editor of this special issue. Submission of Tutorials/Workshops/Panels Send your proposal (3-4 pages) to the Tutorial Chair via e-mail by January 15, 2002. It should include a description of the tutorial and an outline of the material to be presented, and the qualifications of the presenter.
