Found my problem, had my $ACCUMULO_HOME/conf/accumulo-site.xml configured to
use the vfs classloader and Hadoop was not running. I needed to comment out the
vfs classloader settings in my site file. I did not get the same error you did,
build was successful. I'll look at the MiniDFSCluster source and see if I see
something.
