Josh Elser commented on ACCUMULO-1166:
--------------------------------------

Tried to bump back from 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT dependency to 1.4.4-SNAPSHOT and got a
few compile errors on refactored things upstream (security tokens, continuous
ingest package, BatchWriterConfig).

I'll try to take a look at this and create an
accumulo/contrib/instamo-archetype/branches/1.4 that will work once
ACCUMULO-1237 is applied. cc/ [~sonixbp]

> In talking with [~kturner] about where we can go with the Instamo code he
> created, he gave me the impression that he wanted people to copy the Instamo
> project and tweak it to their liking. A Maven archetype is a perfect use case
> for this.
> I think the best place for this would be to live in contrib. If we want to
> include a concrete example inside of the Accumulo baseline, we can decide on
> that later.
> By having the Instamo archetype, we can still piggy-back it with Accumulo but
> also release it to the ASF and central maven repos to make it even easier for
> people to spin up Accumulo and begin testing.
