So we need to keep the Proxy up to date with Accumulo to make sure all the
features are fully available. But I think the libraries built on top of it
should be versioned with releases. I think the pyaccumulo is a good example of
how to approach. I have no problems with the libraries being an external
project or internal to our repository.
