v2 of the patches do a conditional set to
$ACCUMULO_HOME/test/system/continuous/.
tested by not setting CONTINUOUS_CONF_DIR and copying the configuration files
into test/system/continuous. Worked on my continuous integration setup.
then tested with setting CONTINUOUS_CONF_DIR and removing the host list and
continuous-env.sh files from test/system/continuous.
