Description: With the migration to 1.6, I'm seeing timeout related failures
in MiniAccumuloClusterGCTest#testFilesAreGarbageCollected which is not
remedied by upping the timeout to 10 minutes. Additionally, I'm seeing repeated
failures in CloneTestIT which I tracked specifically to commit
cdc1dc9f08beccac7817365f2c08f9f4ceda6923 ( `mvn verify -Dit.test=CloneTestIT

With the migration to 1.6, I'm seeing a lot of timeout related failured. Off
the top of my head, MiniAccumuloClusterGCTest#testFilesAreGarbageCollected
seems particularly vulnerable. After upping the timeout to 10 minutes it still
failed. Further timeouts throughout the IT tests also seem prevalent.)
