ACCUMULO-2464 introduced the ability to place {{Sensitive}} properties in a
CredentialProvider which can sanitize accumulo-site.xml.
However, this mechanism is not triggered when ClientConfigurations are made
(from {{~/.accumulo/config}}. Add support for CredentialProviders to also be
used by clients.
