Josh Elser resolved ACCUMULO-3338.

Resolution: Fixed
Replaced end comment marker for Hadoop 2 in template so the sed replacement
will work in bootstrap_config.sh. Removed all-caps "HADOOP" from
bootstrap_config.sh. Fixed the script so that it actually generates a valid
classpath regex.
