As noted in ACCUMULO-2641, it appears that there is a reproducibility problem,
in that the TInfo class requires manual modification after the thrift code is
generated, otherwise, it gets clobbered. We should automate that modification
to this class to address the upgrade issue identified in ACCUMULO-3132.
