It looks like the FateAdmin command has been somewhat broken since the switch
to JCommander (ACCUMULO-745). It is ignoring the txid arg list parsed by
jcommander, and instead assuming that it can use the second command line
argument as the txid for the operation.
This will probably still work fine when specifying a single txid, but will
ignore any others.
