There are unreferenced / unused constructors in the PeerNotFoundException and 
PeerExistsException. These should minimally be tested, if they are intended as 
public API.

Other unused / untested methods in replication are the 
ReplicationOperations.addPeer and .removePeer methods. These are definitely 
public API.
