A number of devs/users commented that the Accumulo website (in addition to
other content) is often lacking the attention-grabbing visuals and compelling
language.
As a first pass, we should have a much better index page for the website which
hooks users/devs who might be on the fence about whether or not to use Accumulo.
For the entire site, we could do a better job with a branding that people can
immediately identify as "Apache Accumulo" (that extends beyond just a logo).
As far as content itself, I believe we have significant "good" content already,
but it often gets too wordy or is organized poorly. Make a pass through the
content, remove unnecessary words, reorganize content (if necessary), and
ensure we have consistent links to all content (e.g. release notes archive).
