I like the expressiveness of {{Amount}}, but I'm concerned about adding another
dependency. Twitter commons is also not available in maven central (they have
their own maven repo), and I'm not confident about their API stability. I think
we could adopt a similar strategy for dealing with units/unit conversion,
though, without adding that dependency. After all, it's just a {{Pair<? extends
Number, ? extend Unit>}} type.
