HADOOP-10833 only removed it from the UserProvider apparently.
We can either add it back in for the JavaKeyStoreProvider or remove the
remnants of the previous implementation.
Let me know which way you would like to go and I will file a jira for that work.
We may have to move quickly if we want it in 2.7.1 or we may have missed the
window.
