I'm not sure why this would be happening in the master. That gets logged if
DistributedTrace.enable happens more than once. I could see this occurring on
the client side, but in the master it gets called in the main method. It's an
INFO-level message, so it shouldn't be causing a problem, but couldn't hurt to
look into why it's doing that.
