We currently grab a Zookeeper session in ZooCache before we check the internal 
cache. I propose, and will submit a pull request to reflect, a change in the 
location to obtain this session. I propose we grab the session after we check 
the internal caches. Inherently linked to ACCUMULO-3508, but an additional patch
