We generally have better luck with analyzing the cache stats in the tserver
logs than on the monitor page. If we wanted to track specifically this case
with the weak eviction setup it would be pretty simple to add another counter
to the stats object and plumb it into the logs. Plumbing all the way to the
monitor would require more effort.
